Every member of staff was amazing. The room we had included a mini refrigerator, an individual safe, and an air conditioning.
The room seemed quite smelly.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the beach, hill, and the Medina in old Hammamet about 40 minutes away. And it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Le Venezia, ate there couple of times.

level of services. excellent catering. lovely building and setting. very nice room with balcony. good location for shops and beach.
the noise level coming from rooms next door and the corridor was disturbing and did not allow a relaxing nights sleep.

We were on last flour , AC not working and room was very hot , the corridors to the rooms on top flour were so smelly ... once told the staff about the room A/C, they just said it should be working !! and no action ! The front door claims that the hotel is 5 star, but I give it a 2.5 to 3 start hotel max ! The entrace / loby is nice and appealing , the food was not bad also.

Food quality was very poor, unendible in many cases. Service was poor...no one answers phones (E.G. housekeeping and room service).

Location / beach size of the rooms
Overall the stay was ok , The rooms are quite large but the bathroom / shower need renovation , The food at the buffet was not very pleasing the amount and variety weren’t much nor that tasty .
